The program InstantCrypt is copyrighted, (c) 2006-2009 by Wolfgang Schlage. The use in this form is free at this time. Do not redistribute the program, rather refer people to the website www.InstantCrypt.com.

Use the software for its intended purpose of encryption and decryption for private or commercial purposes.

	1.	Sell, rent, or in any other way profit commercially from the distribution of the software. You may not charge third parties for the use or acquisition of this software, neither directly or indirectly. (However, you may install this software as a computer consultant, charging for your time only).
	2.	Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, make any attempt to discover the source code of the Software, or create derivative works from the Software.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, the developer and copyright owner does not take any liability for any damage, financial or otherwise, that may be the result of the use of this software. This includes damage to your computer, e.g., through loss of data or damaging the files, EVEN IF IT WAS CAUSED BY FAULTY SOFTWARE and damages that result from the correct use of the product.

In no event will the developer and copyright owner be liable to you for any special, consequential, indirect, or similar damages, including any lost profits or lost data arising out of the use or inability to use the software even if developer and copyright owner has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
